Easter Resources for Kids

We enjoy celebrating holidays and their true meaning. Showing and teaching children the meaning of holidays is important and makes celebrating even more special. I am sharing my true meaning of Easter resources (some free) finds that will help you explain, in a fun way, why we celebrate Christ’s resurrection. Your children will enjoy learning about the historical event and will have a greater appreciation of Easter. Enjoy!

  • When I was growing up we would have the egg hunt on Saturday morning with all the candy from the Easter Bunny and than Sunday was spent at church and than having dinner with family reflecting on the atonement and the true meaning of Easter. I have since passed this tradition on to my own children.

Sounds like you and I had similar childhood traditions! 😉 My children have never met the easter bunny, but we have enjoyed visiting egg hunts. Thanks for stopping by!

This is a great post; as believers, my husband and I have always struggled with how to celebrate Easter in terms of the activities/basket goodies. Thanks for the suggestions!

You’re welcome! Believers can have fun and celebrate Christ without compromising, for sure!
